Free IVF Cycle Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for the 2025 IVF Lottery, participants must be new patients and meet the following criteria:
- Reside in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin
- Be under 41 years old
- Have an Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) level greater than 1.0
- Have no children
- Have a total yearly income of less than $100,000
- Must not have insurance coverage for IVF
To enter, register between October 25 and November 24, through the form provided. The winner will be called by our team on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 and must begin treatment within 3 months of the announcement.

Pinnacle Fertility IVF Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals who are new patients to the Pinnacle Fertility Network.
Participants must not have previously been patients at any clinic within the Pinnacle Fertility Network.
Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Pinnacle Fertility are not eligible to participate.
Prize Details
The giveaway prize consists of one IVF treatment cycle performed at a participating Pinnacle Fertility Network clinic.
The prize covers standard IVF procedures as determined by Pinnacle Fertility but does not include:
Medications required for the IVF cycle
Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A)
Any additional services, testing, or procedures not explicitly included in a standard IVF cycle
No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Consultation and Medical Eligibility
The selected winner must schedule and attend a consultation at a Pinnacle Fertility clinic.
As part of the consultation, Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) testing will be performed to assess ovarian reserve.
If the AMH level is below 1.0, Pinnacle Fertility reserves the right to revoke the prize and award it to another eligible contestant.
Medical eligibility will be determined solely by Pinnacle Fertility physicians. The winner must meet all medical and clinical requirements to proceed with IVF treatment.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected from eligible entries at random or based on the criteria outlined in the giveaway announcement.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 10 days, another winner may be selected.
General Conditions
Pinnacle Fertility reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time for any reason.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Pinnacle Fertility, which are final and binding.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Pinnacle Fertility to use their name, likeness, and story for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
