How Much Are Frozen Donor Eggs?

The cost of frozen donor eggs varies based on several factors, including the number of eggs purchased, and any medical services required as part of your treatment plan. Cohort+ refers to a set number of eggs purchased from a single donor, with enhanced benefits. If you're considering a Cohort+ option, our team can guide you through the benefits and help determine the best fit for your journey.

Additional Information

  • If shipping is required, it is arranged by Pinnacle Egg Bank at a flat fee of $950. This includes $25,000 in liability insurance, which can be increased to $50,000 for an additional fee of $550.
  • Some donors have a supplemental fee of $3,700 per cohort due to increased costs that go into the cycle.
  • Additional cohorts of eggs may be added if available; applicable fees will apply.
  • Blastocyst guarantee is before PGT-A test results, as we cannot guarantee a normal embryo.

Fresh vs. Frozen: What’s the Difference?

When selecting donor eggs, you have two options: frozen or fresh. Each offers unique benefits, depending on your timeline, preferences, and treatment plan.

  • Frozen Donor Eggs – At Pinnacle Egg Bank, all eggs are retrieved and cryopreserved in advance, making them immediately available for use. Frozen donor eggs offer greater convenience, faster treatment timelines, and often lower costs compared to fresh cycles. Both Pinnacle clinics and affiliated clinics utilize our extensive frozen egg bank to meet patients’ needs.
  • Fresh Donor Eggs – We offer a fresh donor program for Pinnacle’s network of clinics. This option involves the donor undergoing ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval in sync with your cycle. Fresh cycles typically result in a larger number of eggs available for fertilization but require more time for coordination.
