To help make IVF more accessible, Pinnacle Fertility is proud to partner with Samantha’s Gift of Hope. Through this partnership, qualified couples participating in the IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan at Pinnacle Fertility locations in Ohio may apply for a grant from Samantha’s Gift of Hope.
To begin the process, schedule a consultation at a Pinnacle Fertility office in Ohio to determine if you qualify for the IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan and eligibility for the Samantha’s Gift of Hope Ohio IVF grant program.
Samantha’s Gift of Hope: IVF Grant Recipients
Samantha’s Gift of Hope has brought light and hope back to the lives of many families. This program helps couples enrolled in Pinnacle Fertility’s IVF 100% Success Guarantee Program in Ohio, bring a precious life into the world with a financial grant. Each quarter, one couple in the program will be selected from qualified applicants to receive a grant from Samantha’s Gift of Hope to cover the costs of the success program.
This program provides couples with access to advanced fertility treatment through:
- Three fresh IVF cycles
- Unlimited frozen embryo transfers
While the IVF Success Guaranteed Plan offers a powerful pathway to building a family, fertility treatment can still represent a significant financial commitment. The Samantha’s Gift of Hope IVF grant helps reduce that burden by providing financial assistance for IVF treatment in Ohio for qualified applicants.
How to Apply for the Samantha’s Gift of Hope IVF Grant in Ohio
If you are seeking IVF grants or fertility financial assistance in Ohio, Samantha’s Gift of Hope offers a structured application process.
Step 1: Schedule a consultation
Contact a Pinnacle Fertility location in Ohio to schedule a consultation and determine eligibility for the IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan.
Step 2: Enroll in the IVF program
Applicants must be participants in Pinnacle Fertility’s IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan to be considered for the grant.
Step 3: Submit your grant application
Once enrolled, complete and submit the Samantha’s Gift of Hope grant application at your Pinnacle Fertility office. Applications are currently accepted in person only and are not available online.
IVF Grant Review & Selection Process
Applications are first reviewed by Pinnacle Fertility to confirm eligibility and accuracy. Qualified applications are then forwarded to Samantha’s Gift of Hope for final review and grant selection.
Key details about the program include:
- One IVF grant is awarded each quarter.
- Applicants must be enrolled in the IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan.
- Grants apply to future services not yet rendered.
- Grant funds are paid directly to Pinnacle Fertility to cover IVF program costs.
Samantha’s Gift of Hope carefully reviews all applications and considers qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, or sexual orientation.
Applicants must also notify Pinnacle Fertility if their circumstances change after submitting their grant application.
Samantha’s Gift of Hope: Story
Samantha’s Gift of Hope is a charitable fund founded by Lisa and Matt Kaulig, a couple who had their own struggles with infertility.
When the Kauligs decided to start a family after being married for a few years, they were met with disappointment. They decided to look into fertility care and chose Pinnacle Fertility Ohio, formerly RGI, as their trusted fertility team. With three cycles of IVF, Lisa and Matt were exposed to the expense and physical and emotional challenges involved—and, later, to the sheer joy of having a beautiful baby girl. They named her Samantha, and they later named their gift of hope to others after her.
“She is truly a gift and a blessing,” Lisa says of her daughter. “We would not have her without the amazing staff at Pinnacle Fertility Ohio, and we will never be able to thank them enough. She is funny and compassionate, and she brings joy to our lives each and every day. Our hope is that a fund in her honor will allow other families to experience having their own child/children and to give them hope that it is possible.”
