View our DonorsWhat is Egg Donation?
Egg Donation is a fertility treatment where a young, fertile woman (egg donor) donates some of her healthy eggs to a recipient (intended parent). For women, this may be due to advanced maternal age or infertility. Egg donation is also a way for men to build a family using an egg donor and a surrogate. The donated eggs are fertilized with the intended father’s or donor’s sperm and grown through the blastocyst stage to become an embryo. The embryo, either fresh or frozen, is then implanted into the recipient’s uterus to achieve pregnancy.
Find the Perfect Egg Donor
Our Egg Donor database provides insight into Pinnacle Egg Bank’s donors. Each profile includes adult and childhood photos of the donor, along with significant medical history and information about their immediate family. We give you the opportunity to learn about the donor’s personality through their own words: who they are, what it was like growing up in their family, what passions, talents, likes, and dislikes they may have, and why they decided to donate their eggs.

Select an Egg Donor
Explore our available egg donors on the Egg Bank database. Our experienced team is here to provide personalized support throughout the selection process.

Request Hold
Once you've selected a donor, you will request the number of eggs you would like to secure from the donor. If the egg cohort(s) are still available, they will be placed on a complimentary hold, and paperwork will be sent to you via email.

Reserving your Cohort and Payment
Once you have received paperwork, you will need to complete Section I of the Donor Match Confirmation (DMC), our Terms of Use, and provide your clinic contact information. Please return to PEB along with payment within 3 business days to continue holding the egg cohort(s).

Clinic Approval
Upon receiving the paperwork and payment, PEB will send the Donor Match Confirmation (DMC) and donor records to your clinic to review. Your clinic will have 30 days to review and approve the donor by signing and returning the DMC to PEB.

Shipment Confirmation
Once the frozen donor eggs are approved, PEB will coordinate shipment of the cohort(s) to your clinic.
