Who Can Become and Egg Donor?

We consider all applicants on a case-by-case basis, but to become an egg donor, you must meet the following basic requirements:

  • Age: 21-29 years old
  • Good general health
  • BMI: Less than 30 (not medically obese)
  • No sexually transmitted diseases within the last 12 months
  • Non-smoker
  • Family history free of significant health or hereditary issues
The Simple Steps to Becoming an Egg Donor
  1. Fill out the Online Application form on the right
  2. Create your electronic donor profile.
  3. Conult with a medical professional at Pinnacle Fertility.
  4. Medical cycle preparation: If you are selected as a donor, you will begin birth control for 2-6 weeks, followed by hormonal injections for approximately 2 weeks. These injections help stimulate your ovaries to produce multiple eggs. The retrieval procedure typically takes only about 20 minutes.

Donating Your Eggs Can Make a Difference

Donating your eggs involves having eggs that your body would typically discard retrieved for use in in vitro fertilization (IVF) by intended parents. This selfless act helps individuals and couples start their families. You’ll go through a thorough screening process and, if selected, a short but supportive medical cycle to ensure the best possible outcome.
