Dr. Amanda K. Hurliman is a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. She joined Seattle Reproductive Medicine in 2024 after over a decade at ORM Fertility, where she served as medical director and was recognized as a Top Doctor in the Portland community since 2015.
Dr. Hurliman has extensive experience in in vitro fertilization, genetics and fertility, preimplantation genetic testing, and complex fertility issues. She is dedicated to giving everyone she works with the best chance of achieving a healthy pregnancy and baby.
Understanding that each patient’s journey to fertility is unique, Dr. Hurliman has earned a reputation for delivering thoughtful and compassionate care. From the outset, she strives to understand her patients’ individual stories to guide them with personalized care. Her primary goal is to educate her patients on the factors that may impact their fertility and explore the treatment options available, empowering them to make the best decision for themselves.
As a fellow, Dr. Hurliman received the prestigious ASRM/SREI National Research Service Institutional Training Award for her research on cardiovascular health and infertility. Additionally, she was honored with the ASRM and SREI In-Training Research Awards for her work on treatment strategies for couples with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Unexplained Infertility. She has remained actively involved in research throughout her career.
Dr. Hurliman’s personal experience with pregnancy and childbirth, after having twin boys early in her medical education, profoundly shaped her career. This life-changing experience solidified her commitment to helping those struggling with infertility. She is grateful every day to advocate for and educate her patients in their journey toward building their families.
