Family is at the heart of Dr. Amy R. Criniti’s practice, and she feels privileged to help others achieve their dreams of building families. She provides comprehensive, personalized fertility care, believing there are many paths to parenthood. Understanding that the fertility journey can be challenging, Dr. Criniti is dedicated to supporting her patients emotionally every step of the way.
Dr. Criniti joined SRM in 2006 after completing her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Her clinical interests include fertility assessment, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), age-related infertility, and the full spectrum of fertility treatments, including Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). She has published research on topics such as oocyte maturation, the use of ultrasound in gynecologic surgery, and single-embryo transfer in IVF. As an SRM partner and clinical faculty member at the University of Washington, she has delivered numerous lectures on fertility topics and currently teaches the clinical fertility section to medical students.
Dr. Criniti maintains a busy clinical practice at SRM and serves as the Medical Director of the donor egg team. She has been recognized multiple times as a top doctor, including Seattle Magazine’s Top Doctors in Infertility in 2013, 2015, 2022, and 2023, and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine’s Top Doctor in 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019, and 2021.
Dr. Criniti graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in English and minors in chemistry and Spanish. She earned her medical degree at Indiana University, where she received clinical awards for excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Pediatrics. She completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Washington, where she was honored with multiple clinical and teaching awards, including the Harborview Resident of the Year award. Proficient in Spanish, she has also lived abroad in Kenya and Spain.
Dr. Criniti sees patients at the Bellevue location. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors.
