Dr. Kevin A. Ostrowski is certified by the American Board of Urology and specializes in minimally invasive microscopic vasectomy reversal, testicular sperm extraction, micro-TESE, advanced sperm retrieval for azoospermic men, and hormonal therapy for infertility and hypogonadism. His research focuses on improving the success of vasectomy reversals, developing patient-friendly semen analysis methods, and advancing the evaluation and treatment of male infertility.
Dr. Ostrowski is committed to providing patient-centered care in a respectful, understanding, and approachable environment. Recognizing the deeply personal nature of health, he works collaboratively with his patients to provide the information they need to create individualized care plans that align with their fertility goals and needs.
Dr. Ostrowski is an active member of the American Urological Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. In 2018, he was honored with the Julian S. Ansell Teaching Award from the University of Washington Department of Urology for his excellence in teaching.
A Portland native, Dr. Ostrowski earned his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, completed his internship and residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University, and pursued a fellowship in male fertility and men’s health at the University of Washington.
Outside of work, Dr. Ostrowski is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and shares this commitment with his wife and three children. During the summer, they enjoy paddleboarding on Lake Sammamish, and in the winter, they can be found skiing and snowboarding.
