Becoming a surrogate is a meaningful and rewarding decision. Our process is designed to support you every step of the way, from your initial application to the final approval. Here’s what you can expect as you take the next step toward making a life-changing impact.
Submit Your Online Surrogate Application
Start your surrogacy journey by completing our quick online application. This helps us confirm you meet the basic qualifications to become a surrogate.
Background Check
We conduct a background check on you and your partner/spouse to verify identity and check criminal history. This step helps provide peace of mind for the intended parent(s), with a focus on safety and security.
Medical Records and Consultation
We request your medical records from your OB/GYN and have our fertility experts review them. You'll also have a phone consultation with our team to discuss the process, ask questions, and ensure you're fully informed.
Psychological & Medical Screening
Your medical screening includes blood and urine tests, as well as a virtual consultation with a maternal-fetal medicine specialist to review your medical history and assess potential pregnancy risks. A licensed psychologist will evaluate your emotional well-being and support system. We also conduct a home visit to ensure you're in a safe and supportive environment. This step allows your family to meet with our team and address any final questions.
Matching
Once you're approved, we present you with potential Intended Parents' profiles. If both parties agree to move forward, a virtual match meeting will be scheduled. After confirming a match, you’ll visit the Intended Parent’s home clinic for a Uterine Evaluation.
Final Approval and Legal
After reviewing all screening results, you’ll receive final medical clearance. At this stage, you'll sign a legal agreement with the Intended Parents and begin preparing for the embryo transfer process.
