We offer comprehensive and inclusive fertility treatments for trans patients. Your journey will begin with a call with one of our care schedulers who will explain the process from start to finish and answer any questions you have.
We partner with LGBTQIA+ welcoming egg banks, sperm banks, and other third-party services.
We coordinate with third-party services so there’s less on your to-do list.

Your fertility treatment plan might include:
Egg Freezing (Fertility Preservation)
Freeze your eggs for use in the future when you are ready to build your family.
Embryo Creation
An embryo will be created in Pinnacle’s fertility lab using your (or donated) eggs and sperm.
Frozen Embryo Transfer
The doctor will meet with you to determine the best transfer plan. Quality embryos not transferred can be frozen for use in future IVF cycles. If surrogacy is necessary, Pinnacle can assist you through that process.
Preserving fertility for transgender patients
Pinnacle Fertility offers egg freezing options for transgender patients wishing to preserve eggs for future fertility use. For trans patients wishing to preserve sperm, one of our care Navigators will gladly provide information on our sperm banking partners.

Every step of your fertility journey should be clear and smooth—including getting started.
Talk to a Navigator and fertility doctor
Connect with us through our contact form. A care scheduler will reach out to talk about your goals and history. In a initial consult, your provider will then review your goals and history with you and prescribe tests like bloodwork and ultrasounds. Your Navigator will reach out to you and will be your point-person throughout your treatment.
Review your care plan, costs and what my insurance may cover
Once your test results come back, your doctor will propose a care plan, answer questions, and adjust if needed. A financial coordinator will detail your treatment cost, a minimum and maximum for medication (you’ll pay the pharmacy directly), and financing options.

We've worked with RGI twice now, and have had an excellent experience both times. Dr. Maseelall and her team have been amazing to work with. This time around, we were introduced to the "navigators" who essentially act as a liaison between us and the doctors, which was a change from the last time we were there. We found having access to a dedicated resource - even by text message - was a huge plus.
I highly recommend Dr. Dudley! He is one of the only doctors who explained things clearly, realistically, and positively. His bedside manner is outstanding. A defining moment (without disclosing my medical history) was when I explained something to him and he responded with "I believe in a women's intuition." He believed me, ran a quick test, and pivoted the plan. I can't recommend him enough.
My husband I went to Dominion after struggling with some fertility issues and multiple miscarriages. We couldn't have made a better choice! You can tell that the staff really care about their patients and make you feel at ease. At the beginning of the process, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed, but the doctors were understanding and great at explaining each step to us along the way.
